11.2.4. Check and replacement of a spherical support of a suspension bracket

PERFORMANCE ORDER

The spherical support is established between the lower lever of a suspension bracket and a rotary fist (see illustrations Components of installation and assembly of a nave and a rotary fist and Components of installation of the lower lever of a suspension bracket).
The description of removal and installation of a spherical support is provided in the Section Removal, dismantling, assembly and installation of a nave and a rotary fist.
Remove a spherical support and establish it in a vice.

Continuously tightening a dynamometer key a support nut with a speed of 1 a turn for 2 ÷ 4 with, consider indications of a key on the fifth turn and compare them to requirements of Specifications of the Head Podvesk and steering. If necessary replace a spherical support.
